Rubbish Collection

For teaching and other up cycling projects, we always need:

-Beer bottle tops,

-Plastic bottle tops,

-Colourful (especially gardening) magazines,

-Plastic cutlery,

-Plastic straws

-Colourful Fabric

-Buttons

Please contact us if you’d like to collect these items for us, and we can organise coming to get them.

Composting

If you are short of space for your green or food waste, again please contact us about dropping it off here or getting it collected.

Tree Sponsoring: 

A tree can absorb as much as 48 pounds (21kg) of carbon dioxide per year, and can sequester one ton of carbon dioxide by the time it reaches 40 years old.

They also help protect against flooding and soil erosion, and provide homes for insects and animals.

In our opinion they are also incredibly beautiful.

This is Sebastian Rainsford’s Ornamental Cherry. She’s been travelling with me from London and has finally found a place in the land. She is one of the first trees to blossom in the spring and is utterly beautiful when she does.

I’ll post a photo next year when she’s in full glory!
